Recent Huawei phones have a feature named "Protected Apps", you can control an app to allow / disallow it receive notifications when the screen is off.

You should set Boldbeast Recorder as a Protected App, otherwise sometimes when a call comes the ROM doesn't notify the recorder, therefore some calls may not be recorded. By setting Boldbeast Recorder as a Protected App it works perfectly.

Please in the built-in "Settings > Power saving > Protected apps" screen to change it.
Some phones may be in "Settings > Phone Manager > Protected apps".
Some phones may be in "Settings > apps > advanced > Ignore Optimizations".

I have done it but the first time you start your phone and you dont "go" to the call recorder just once it doesen't start recording automatically.. Why?

1. Don't revoke permissions needed by the app to work normally.

2. If you "Force Stop" an app in the built-in "Settings > Apps" screen, this tells Android that "I don't want the app to run", thereafter Android will no longer run the app until you manually open the app to run it again. For this reason if you "Force Stop" Boldbeast Recorder, thereafter Android will not notify the app when a phone call comes, so all calls will no longer be recorded. Please don't "Force Stop" the app.

3. Some third-party apps are very powerful that can prevent the app working, such as XXX Greenify, XXX App Manager, XXX Task Manager, XXX  Anti-virus, XXX Power Optimizer, XXX Privacy Guard, XXX Clean Master etc, don't allow them block Boldbeast Recorder doing it's job.
