You can test these settings step by step to know what settings work well for your Samsung Galaxy phone:
Settings1:
- Record Mode: 4
- Tune Samsung 1: Yes
- Tune Samsung 2: Yes
- Tune Samsung 3: Enable Group 1
- Tune Audio Route: Group3
if Boldbeast Recorder can't record calls, go to test Settings2 bellow.
if Boldbeast Recorder can record calls but your voice or the caller's voice is weak, please set Tune Samsung 3 to "Enable Group 2", "Enable Group 3", "Enable Group 4" and test them one by one. If it still can't record calls well go to test Settings2 bellow.
Settings2:

if Boldbeast Recorder can't record calls, go to test Settings3 bellow.

if Boldbeast Recorder still can't record calls well, please click the "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" item in Boldbeast Recorder to send hardware log files to us, we'll check them and update the Fixing Database accordingly to support your phone.
