I recently bought Moto G Play 2021 phone.  Got Boldbeast to work on it.  It doesn't show the caller information but I understand that is normal on Android 11.  But it seems that somehow the app turns off and I get the message to turn it on.  I don't have any apps that I think can be doing that (I just got it last week and haven't installed much on it at all)  This *seems* to happen at night, but I'm not 100% certain of that.

1.  Is there any way to get the caller name/number on Android 11?

2.  What can I look at to find out what/why/how the app gets turned off?
