Купила код активации, успешно зарегистрировала, но с недавнего времени программа дала сбой. Во первых  напрочь перестала открываться, перестала записывать!!!!!!!!! Удалила программу и загрузила заново. Просит код, а код потерян. Как быть?
Очень надеюсь на вашу помощь!

Please download Boldbeast Recorder from Nokia Ovi Store and install it, press the Buy Adv Edition menu item (if you have bought the Advanced Edition) or the Buy Bas Edition menu item (if you have bought the Basic Edition) in Boldbeast Recorder and then click the Buy button. The software will automatically detect that you have purchased a license for this phone (the same IMEI), It will restore the register code to your phone, you don't need to pay again.

If it doen't work, please forward the order detail & the IMEI of your phone to service@boldbeast.com, we'll send your register code back to you.

Да я бы с радостью , НО! НИ ОДНА ПОПЫТКА СКАЧАТЬ Boldbeast Recorder от Nokia Ovi Store  НЕ УДАЛАСЬ! ВСЕ ВРЕМЯ ВЫДАЕТ ОШИБКУ И ПРОГРАММА НЕ УСТАНАВЛИВАЕТСЯ !!!!

- Please download Boldbeast Recorder from http://www.boldbeast.com and install it, it is initially the Demo version.
- Forward the order detail & the IMEI of your phone to service@boldbeast.com, we'll send your register code back to you.
- In Boldbeast Recorder press the Register menu item to input the register code to make the software registered.
