However, I purchased BoldBeast Advanced on 3/5/13. I now have a new phone.

Do I have to purchase the advanced version again?  Please advise.

Sorry, the register code is based on device (IMEI), it can't be transferred from one device to another one, you should buy a new register code for your new phone.

This indicates you have not registered your phone correctly.

Please confirm:
(1) The IMEI of the phone is exactly the one you provided to us in the purchase order.
(2) You have input the register code correctly, it's 35 chars long.
(3) You are using Boldbeast Recorder, not Boldbeast C2M.

If (1) (2) and (3) are right, it should work. Press the About menu item in Boldbeast Recorder and scroll down, it will display "Your phone has successfully been registered."
