I have purchased the advanced version today vide receipt number 3070-2269-3499-0151. Beep suppress function not working inspite being enabled. Able to hear beep after every 15 seconds.
Nokia has changed the Audio Policy in the new firmware, you should install a patch to 100% remove recording beeps.

The patches works well. If possible please reset your phone to the factory settings and reinstall it again.
