As I mentioned in a previous post, your call recorder is first class, and I am very happy to use that software.
But one thing cannot be accomplished even by Boldbeast (no other recorder, b.t.w., provides that feature): I am using one SIM - card with two separate lines (phone numbers) in my C7, very convenient, L1 for business, L2 for private calls. My provider is A1, that is Telekom Austria.
Every outgoing and incoming call on L1 is recorded flawlessly; but once I switch to L2, there is no recording of phone calls, Boldbeast just "sleeps"... ;-)
When I start the recording manually via hotkey, the beeping sounds can be heard.
Exactly the same thing happens on each of my E71s; I have two of them, on one of them I installed Boldbeast, on the other one I am using another recording software since about 2 years.
So, as I understand that problem, calls on L2 are not recognized as phone calls by the software. Would there be a fix for that?
