Dear Sir,
I have NOKIA C5-00.2 Phone. All Incoming & Outgoing calls were being recorded properly.
But, today I found that only one outgoing call is missing from Clips. Rest all calls are available (recorded). How it happened? Please, give remedy.

Don't download the software from other web sites, because the cracked version damaged the integrity of the software, it will crash now and then, as a result "some calls are recorded, some calls are missed".

Please only download the software from our web site, Nokia Ovi store or Opera store, it works very well.
