Had BoldBeast working great on my S3. Now I can't get it to work on my Galaxy S4 SGH-M919 T-Mobile. Keep getting Change Record Mode, and I tried everything. Nothing works. Even rooted modes and nothing. Is there a compatibility issue or is there something I don't know or am not doing right?

If "Tune Sumsung1", "Tune Sumsung2" and "Tune Samsung3" options in Boldbeast Recorder don't work for your phone, I believe no recorder works in the market without root, so you must root your phone.

After root you should use Record Mode 24 to record.
Record Mode 21, 22, 23, 24 in Boldbeast Recorder V5.8 only supports part of phones. We'll release Boldbeast Recorder V5.9 soon, it supports almost all phones including your Galaxy S4 SGH-M919 T-Mobile.

I have just sent Boldbeast Recorder V5.9 (internal test version) to you, please install it and see if it works well or not.

Thank you for sending email to us and telling us that Boldbeast Recorder V5.9 works great with Record Mode 24 for your Galaxy S4 SGH-M919 T-Mobile after root.

(1) Some phones have Samsung KNOX inside, it will prevent Record Mode 21, 22, 23, 24 working. Please uninstall KNOX to use following settings to record:
- Record Mode: 24
- Record Format: AMR
- Tune Samsung 1: No
- Tune Samsung 2: No
- Tune Samsung 3: No
- Tune Audio Route: Group3
- Change Audio Controls: Yes
- Change Audio Driver: Yes
- Start Input Stream: No

(2) If you don't uninstall KNOX, please use following settings to record, it works well also:
- Record Mode: 4 or 1
- Record Format: AMR
- Tune Samsung 1: No
- Tune Samsung 2: No
- Tune Samsung 3: No
- Tune Audio Route: No
- Change Audio Controls: Yes
- Change Audio Driver: No
- Start Input Stream: Yes

Some users said indeed Galaxy S4 SGH-M919 (T-Mobile, MetroPCS) doesn't need root, just use following setting to record calls:

- Record Mode: 4
- Tune Samsung 1: No
- Tune Samsung 2: No
- Tune Samsung 3: Enable Group1
- Tune Audio Route: No

It works well.
