Samsung S4 Mini (GT-I9195) with android 4.4.2 records calls but the ringtone of the phone disappears or comes very weak. All the notification sound disappear also. What can be done with it?

Please:
- use the newest version (currently V7.5).
- try to change Tune Samsung 3 to other options.
Is there any difference?
I have the v7.5 Pro already. The ringtone worked before but for some reason it went mute. I tried already earlier to change Tune Samsung 3 to other options but it didn't help. I had to start the phone in safe mode to get the ringtones back.
When trying now again other options in Samsung Tune 3, the number 2 and 4 had even smaller ringtone than number 3. After trying all the options number 3 went completely mute.
Anyway, after perhaps 3 or 4 times rebooting in safe mode, the ringtone is now suddenly back in normal mode with Boldbeast, at least so far. It starts in low volume but in one or two seconds it jumps up high. It has been working now for 10 calls or so. Let's see how long it lasts...there is definitly a bug somewhere...
