Xiaomi MI NOTE Pro doesn't need root, Boldbeast Recorder works perfectly, just install and go.

Please use these settings to record calls:
- Record Mode: 4
- Tune Audio Route: Group1

There are minor bugs inside the Android 5.0.2 ROM, you must have found most recorders in the market sometimes can't get the correct telephone number, sometimes fail to record calls. Fortunately Boldbeast Recorder can bypass all these bugs and works very well.
