I checked out a bunch of reviews and bought the Pro version because I need an app that can actually record specific calls. Call me a retard but I can't get it to do anything. I have an LG-H345, which is a totally crap phone, but that doesn't mean a paid app should be completely useless. Any ideas?
At first, please uninstall all other recorders if any. Then use these settings to record calls:
- Record Mode: test 4 and 1
- Record Format: WAV
- Tune Audio Effect: No
- Tune Audio Route: Group3
In the meanwhile please check following options, change them if needed:
- Call Settings - Auto Record Calls - Enable Auto Record Calls
- Call Settings - Auto Record Calls - Rule to Auto Record Calls
