Having a hard time figuring this out, can someone guide me?

I'm using an Samsung android phone and trying to backup my recorded calls, but when I used the myFiles app to look in the BBRecording app folder I only saw some ".dat" files and not actual audio files.  Can someone explain to me the process that I would need to use to back up the audio files?

Basically I am trying to do a factory reset on my phone and I cannot lose these recorded phone calls.  Any advice for a fix?

I suggest:
- install a third-party file manager like "ES Explorer" etc.
- in the file manager enable the "Show Hidden Files" option.
- use the file manager to check folders "/sdcard/BBRec" and "/sdcard/.BBRec", you'll find your recorded files there.
