Hi just purchased Boldbeast Recorder. Tried recording but not recording with message coming up saying "cannot record details please change record mode in settings and try again". It is on mode4 and not working. Cheers.
I received your hardware log files also. It seems there is another recorder working in your phone. Please uninstall all other recorders and test again.
Hi, I've had great use from the recorder but I had to reset my phone to factory settings (same phone Sony Z3 compact) and although the app is on the phone now, it is not recording the calls. Any suggestions gratefully received.
Can you please click the "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" item in Boldbeast Recorder to send hardware log files to me? let us have a look at them and see what happened. Thanks.
