On my Samsung s8 I cannot unlock my recordings to deleate them. It keeps asking me if I want to unlock and I keep pressing the OK button but it just puts a message up saying 0 recordings unlocked and everything stays locked. Please help driving me potty.
Please
- open the Call List screen, click the green icon on the top-right corner.
- select calls you want to unprotect, click the unprotect icon to unprotect them.
If previously you deleted recorded sound files using a file manager out of Boldbeast, now you can't unprotect them in the Call List screen. In this case please
- open the Call List screen.
- click "Rebuild List" to rebuild the display list, it will delete all entries from the list that have no related sound files.
