BB records my voice perfectly. However, it always records the person on the other end of the conversation as extremely distorted. Anything I can do to fix this? I've tried some of the suggestions but nothing seems to work so for.

Other Galaxy J7 users don't have the problem.
Can you please
- record a short recording.
- send the recording to me.
- click "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" in Boldbeast to send log files to me.
Let me listen to the recording and check the log files to see what happened in your phone. Thanks.
