With my Sony Xperia XA2 (H3113) I cannot record any calls.
Does BoldBeast support this phone? Should it work?
Sony Xperia XA2 Android 8, Boldbeast Recorder works good. Just install the app, it works at once.
Android 9, so far we have no feedback from users. Most possibly, like other Android 9 phones, in some countries it works good but in some countries it works bad. If it works bad (the caller's voice is weak in recordings) you should root the hone then Boldbeast Recorder can fix it.
You said "cannot record any calls", there are 2 possible reasons:
1. You installed another recorder. Please uninstall it.
2. You enabled OK Google. Please disable it. Why? See [001] in this page http://www.boldbeast.com/android/call_r … oting.html to know the reason.
I only had a voice match option and it only had 'while driving' option enabled which I have now disabled.
The phone is running Android 9 and unfortunately I cannot get BoldBeast to work....
Can you please click "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" in Boldbeast Recorder to send log files to me? Let us have a look at them and see what happened in your phone. Thanks.
