Hi, I have Galaxy S20 Ultra, no root, I used all the recommended settings and calls are recorded fine, but playback is at a very high pitch and too fast, please is there a workaround?
Can you please
- record a new call using the WAV format.
- send the WAV file to me.
- tap "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" in Boldbeast Recorder to send log files to me.
Let me check the raw data in the WAV file and check the log files, and see how to fix it. Thanks.

We have just released the new version of Boldbeast Recorder V13.1. Please update the app on your phone to V13.1, the problem "recordings sound like fast forward" has been fixed.
