I am using Redmi Note 3 handset with custom ROM, which has android version 9.0

I have manually downloaded boldbeast app apk from your site version 13.6 and installed it.

I am using MagicSK as root manager. I have verified that root access is working properly for all the apps.

I am also able to give root access to Boldbeast call recorder.

But when I go to Bolbeast call recorder option and try to enable rooted option, then I get error message that "Can not enable rooted options. You should use TWRP, CWM, PHILZ recovery to install the newest patch downloaded from developer website"

I am new to this forum and this is my first post & I don't know how can I attach file in a post ?

That's why I am posting a link which will contain all the screenshots and Logs of Boldbeast App.

Click on the link below to download screenshots and Log containing in a zip file. You will need to extract that zip file.

Please resolve this issue.

Waiting for quick reply.

A component of the app is running by Magisk su, and the component communicates with the app by sockets.
Your ROM has wrong selinux policies, and they unnecessarily block the component to communicate with the app.
Please set selinux to "Permissive", then it works at once.
