Having tried every piece of Boldbeast-advice without any result, it seems that I'm finally able to record calls with Boldbeast again. After I turned off everything Bixby and the Samsung recorder app I was able to record both my own voice and the voice of the person I talked to, using Record mode 12. It doesn't matter if I enable Tune Audio Effect. Tune Samsung2 is enabled, but I haven't tried it with this feature disabled.

However: The voice of the person on the other end is remarkably weaker than my voice in the recording. Can anyone recommend any settings to increase the volume on the other side?

And: It seems to record every call even if I opt to only record calls from numbers that aren't in my contact list. Is this an error, or have I forgotten to do someting?

1. If your voice is good but the voice of your friend is weak or silent in recordings, you should
- Switch on the loudspeaker during a call, so Boldbeast can record the call on both sides normally. Or
- Root the phone, so Boldbeast can fix it completely to record calls on both sides perfectly without switching on the loudspeaker.

2. To "only record calls from numbers that aren't in my contact list", please
- in Boldbeast Recorder set "Call Settings - Auto Record Calls - Rule to Auto Record Calls" and Exclude List correctly.
- install Boldbeast Recorder from https://www.boldbeast.com/android/call_recorder.html, not from Google Play. Because the Google Play version can't get the telephone number of a call. Why? Please see [007] in this page http://www.boldbeast.com/android/call_r … oting.html to know the reason.

I have the pro version. How do I keep my pro version if I dowload the complete version from your website?

Just install Boldbeast Recorder from https://www.boldbeast.com/android/call_recorder.html directly to overwrite the version in your phone. All your settings, license status and recordings will remain unchanged.
