The latest firmware update to my Verizon Galaxy S6 has a new feature for "Wi-Fi Calling" which uses Wi-Fi when the mobile network signal is weak or not available. Unfortunately, when the phone switches to Wi-Fi mode for the call (typically a few seconds after the call has been picked up), Boldbeast stops recording and the record button disappears from the UI.
All recorders in the market can't record calls via Wi-Fi, because the ROM doesn't support this feature. The ROM need to be improved.
Anyway can you please click the "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" item in Boldbeast Recorder to send hardware log files to me? let us have a look at them and see if we can do something about it. Thanks.
