I have moved all old *.mp4 recording files through File Browser (!) to Windows PC.

So they are not any longer available in default BB recording folder.

However when I go to BB and let the App show the available recordings all of them are still listed.

How do I tell BB to verify if the recordings are still exisiting and auto-cleanup non-existing files?

Boldbeast Recorder uses a database to save the call list. If you want to delete calls you should delete them in the Call List screen inside the app, so that both the sound file and the list entry are deleted. If you delete the sound file using a file manager, the list entry are still there. Now please delete the entries in the Call List.

In the next version we'll add a new function to Rebuild Display List, then it will make the list consistent with sound files by just a click.
