Hi -I recently upgraded the version, as instructed by in app message on my Samsung Galaxy A3.

I uninstalled the old version, installed the new version, and restarted the phone, but now the record button is unresponsive during a call.

Please help.

Most possible reasons:
1. There is another recorder working in your phone. Please uninstall all other recorders at first.
2. You are not using right settings in Boldbeast Recorder to record calls.

Galaxy A3 please use these settings to record calls:

- Record Mode: 4
- Tune Audio Effect: No
- Tune Audio Route: Group1
- Tune Samsung1: Yes
- Tune Samsung2: Yes
- Tune Samsung3: Group1

No root needed, the app records calls perfectly in two sides.
Galaxy A3 SM-A300F and SM-A300FU, Android 5.0.2 and Android 4.4.4 all work well.
