I just bought a pro version. Suddenly, I have problem with saving record. I can't see all record I made in the past. Is there solution to sell all recording or keep all recording for a long period of time?

Most possibly, you set the "App Settings - Clip Saving Folder" option in Boldbeast Recorder to a new folder that your old files are not there.

Please:
- set the folder back to the older one, then the problem will disappear. Or
- open the Call List screen, click the Move Files menu item to move files from the old folder to the new folder, so that you can use the new folder.
