Everything was ok under android 9 pie, except I had a lot of anoying reboot regarding the rooted device. So I had to tried something regarding the root.

It's not possible to root my Motorola one action under android 10 with my country's firmware (Canada)...

I didn't have choice, so I had to root it with sucess into other country's firmware. Everyting is working perfectly CALL, SMS, APPS... etc... Except for Boldbeast Recording unfortunatly ... On recording, I don't ear anything from either side.

I tried, Group 1 with Mode 1 and 12 ...

Then, I tried install  CallRecordingFix Module"

Still nothing !

I Tried the parameter with two differents channel's firmwares: RETAIL and RETRU (Russian I guess). Same situation

Wich country or channel allows Voice Recording ?

I'm processing call from my own country Canada with bell mobility.

Thanks

Boladbeat works perfectly on Motorola Moto One Action - QSBS30 62-17-2 - Android 10

*** My mistake was... I didn't Tap "Settings - System - Accessibility" ***

There's the setting that I used from boldbest forum Android 10

After root the phone, please install Boldbeast Recorder V12.9 or a newer version,
- Tap the item "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Enable Rooted Options" in the app to grant root access to the app.
- Tap "Settings - System - Accessibility" in your phone (not in Boldbeast), enable Boldbeast Call Recorder on the screen.

Then use these settings to record calls:

- Record Mode: 12
- Fix Recording Issues - Tune Audio Route: Group1
- Fix Recording Issues - Change Audio Controls: Yes

(2) For phones that have the Samsung Exynos chipset, Huawei Kirin chipset or MTK chipset inside
Please
- click the item "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Install CallRecordingFix Module" in the app.
- use Magisk Manager to install the CallRecordingFix module.
- reboot the phone.
Using settings above, now you can get good recordings at once.

/Regards
