I am using one plus 7 pro in which recording auto stops after 3 minutes and call auto disconnect. How to fix it.

I guess your phone has some problems, so "call auto disconnect".
Because "call auto disconnect", the phone notifies the recorder "the call is ended." so the app stops recording normally.

Please check your phone, and check apps that have permissions to terminate calls.
