I'm trying the call recorder (version 7.1), however when I try to listen to the recordings, recorder crashes.  I get the message: "Unfortunately, Boldbeast Recorder has stopped." with a "OK" button when I click on the recorded call in the call log.  I'm using Android 4.3, Baseband I9250XXLJ1, Kernel 3.0.72-gfb3c9ac, Build number JWR66Y.

I checked our server but can't find your crash report.
When the error "Unfortunately, Boldbeast Recorder has stopped." appears next time, can you please click the "OK" button to send the crash report again? This will help us find out what need to change for your phone. Thanks.

We have just released Boldbeast Recorder V7.2, please update to the new version.
In V7.2 we added the "Use External Player" option, now you can use any of your favorite player to play back recorded files, therefore avoid crashing again.
