I just switched from a Verizon Motorola Droid Turbo II  to a  Sprint Samsung Galaxy 8 phone.   I used this on my old phone and now that I have the new from my call list has disappeared. Is there any way to retrieve those phone calls? And now I am also finding that this app does not work on my Samsung Galaxy 8.  Why is that?

- update Boldbeast Recorder to the latest version.
- click "Set Default Settings" in Boldbeast Recorder and test again.
If the problem is still there, please enable the "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Tune Audio Effect" option, then it works at once.

Upgraded to S9 Note.  Tried to transfer old records from S4 NOTE but do not have correct order number and I now purchased new pro version and reinstalled new app.  I have old IMEI, I no longer have old phone, OLD INVOICE FOR PROOF and new IMEI.  Can I still get old recorded call transferred to new phone.
Tried to so just transfer but also did not work.  PLEASE ADVISE!
