Hi, I installed the pro version on my Honor JSN-L21 phone not unlocked; with the factory settings the audio volume of the called one is very low, almost inaudible. Are there any custom software settings to use it better?

Huawei Honor 8X (also known as Huawei Honor View 10 Lite), Android 8.1 records calls great in all countries, just install Boldbeast Recorder and go.
After upgrading to Android 9 in some countries the phone records calls great, but in some countries it can't record the caller's voice, no matter what recrder you are using. This is because Huawei disabled the call recording feature in some market areas. In this case you should root the phone, then Boldbeast Recorder can fix it perfectly.
