For the Samsung Galaxy J7  (SM-J727U) here is what finally worked for me:

1. Google, Google Settings>Voice>"OK Google" voice detection>(everything on that page: off)

2. Boldbeast Recorder
Call Settings>  Record Mode: 11,
                      Fix Recording Issues>
                                Tune Audio Effect: Off,
                                Tune Audio Route: Group 3,
                                Samsung 1: On,
                                Tune Samsung 2: On

3. Soft phone reset (i.e power off and then on again)

Thanks for sharing the information.
It's surely useful for other Galaxy J7 users.

I have recorded all calls and saved several of them. I listened to them and when I went back to listen again they're gone. And now I am receiving error messages that are telling me that my files can't be found. This happened before I got Premium Service. But it's worse now that I am paying for premium service. They are protected recordings that are missing too!

Three possible reasons:

Reason 1
You didn't tell Boldbeast the right folder in which your recordings were saved.
Please click the "App Settings > Clip Saving Folder" option in the app, choose the folder in which your recordings were saved, then you can play back them in the Call List screen inside Boldbeast.

Reason 2
You previously changed the folder, as a result some recordings were in the old folder some recordings were in the new folder. In this case please open the Call List screen in the app, click Move Files to move all recordings from the old folder into the new folder.
Now all recordings are in the new folder, you can play back them in the Call List screen inside Boldbeast.

Reason 3
You have deleted your recordings using a file manager out of Boldbeast, so the sound files were gone but file entries are still displayed. In this case please open the Call List screen in the app, click Rebuild List to delete the entries, so that they will no longer be displayed.
